Tuesday, November 29: Guests begin to arrive.
Thursday, December 1: Welcome cocktail reception at 6 pm on the beach! (details to follow) Friday, December 2: The Big Day! Ceremony at 5:30 pm followed by cocktails and reception December 3 - 5: Enjoy the resort or take in the local culture. December 6 - 7: Guests depart

HOW IT WORKS:
It is super important you read all details regarding the wedding details and your reservation process!
Below are the room category options we held under a group contracted discounted rate, details on the insurance, payment options, deadlines and so on. Once you decide on the room you would like to select, you will fill out a reservation form and we will take it from there. Even if you’re not 100% sure that you can make the trip, and you just want to get more info, please fill out the reservation form here.
This will give us all the information we need to assist you. An invoice itinerary will be sent over via email for your review. Once you approve the details are accurate, your deposit will be due.
**Travel Protection
It is extremly important for your investment for your vacation plans.
Pricing will be based on a per person rate.
Insurance rates are based upon the total cost of your trip, contact Tracy prior to sending your reservation for a quote.
Without Insurance, we cannot guarantee any refunds can be
given at the time of cancellation and penalties and cancellation fees will apply.
Do not send room reservation request without an insurance option or decline.
FLIGHTS
Flights are not included with our room block. We would be more than happy to assist in flight arrangements, please contact me directly to discuss options. If using miles or points, you’ll need to book your flights as we cannot do this using miles or points to pay for the airfare. Please do not book your flights until we have confirmed the availability of your room selection & dates of travel.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS:Roundtrip airport transfers are NOT included in your stay.
DIANE & PATRICK WILL BE ARRANGING YOUR ROUNDTRIP TRANSPORTATION so reach out to them regarding the process ASAP. You will need to provide them your flight Itinerary .
If anyone does arrange transfers with Endless Escapes it is $61.00 per person including children. This is for shared transfers, round trip from the Cancun Airport.
PASSPORTS:A valid passport is required for all travelers, regardless of age. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months after you return home.
ALL RESERVATIONS: Please be sure names on reservation are same as they appear on your passport to avoid change fees. If you need to renew or apply, please start the process ASAP.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations canceled after the deposit have a minimum cancellation fee of $75.00 per person from Endless Escapes to process your cancellation regardless of insurance. No show reservations are also charged a full penalty, 100% of the reservation amount.
In Addition, any changes to a reservation after the reservation is paid in full are subject to a $75.00 change fee, plus any cancellation fees.
Name changes are subject to $150 per person change fee,p lus ay cancel fees or air fare charges.
Lost or misplaced documents after sent to clients are subject to a $50.00 per set fee.
PLEASE NOTE: Rooms booked outside of the bride and groom’s room block do not count toward fulfill-ing their contract. The bride and groom have worked very hard at setting up room blocks for their guests and are under contract for their rooms. Be kind, and book into the room block they have set up for you. We cannot stress this enough and if you think you found something better, please let us know so we can look at this together. Guests staying off property must pay a resort fee the day of the wedding to access the resort. I will need these details, asap.

Payments & Special Dates: Reservation deadline: August 1, 2022 Deposit amount: $250.00 per person without insurance (insurance varies below details to follow)
Your insurance premium will be due in full at the time of the reservation. Please request an insurance quote once you've decided on your room option.
Your deposits are due within 24 hours of invoice approval or in some cases sooner if your adding airfare. Airfare payment may be due in full at the time of reservation.
Payment schedule may be revised made based on your reservation details if needed.
Please request with Escape Artist Tracy at the time of your reservation.

THE RESORT:
Diane & Patrick have held a wonderful family all inclusive resort, Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa
Dreams Tulum sits on two miles of powdery white sand with activities to make the whole family happy. And you're right on the ocean for snorkeling, catamarans, windsurfing, kayaking and jumping on our ocean trampoline, non-motorized sports included. Choose from magnificent dining options featuring 9 gourmets, a La carte & one buffet style restaurant. Six bars, including pool and beachside, are perfect places to make new friends, or just catch up with each other. It is approximately 1 hr. 20 minutes from the Cancun airport.
THE RATES:
Rates are per person. Rates include All Inclusive amenties provided by the resort, gratuities and shared nonstop transfers both to and from the Cancun Airport. The Airfare and insurance are additional. Should you like to have private upgraded transfers, please ask for the pricing when you complete your reservation form.

Rates are based on occupancy in a room for the entire length of stay. Single = 1 person Double = 2 people in a room and the rate is per person Triple = 3 people in a room and the rate is per person Quad = 4 people in a room and the rate is per person - Child rates are for those between the ages of 2 – 1 2 at the time of travel.
Please note Child is only free with TWO paying adults.

Bedding is based upon availability at check in: We will make requested, but subject to availability Rates are based on travel date options begining - November 29 - December 7, 2022. ROOM OPTION 2: Junior Suite Garden View
This new room offers contemporary décor a king bed and a separate area with a sofa, bathroom with bathtub, garden view and private balcony or terrace with hammock. Located in the 16TH & 18TH buildings of rooms built in the shape of the haciendas centering the beautiful, lush gardens. 2 adults/2 children or 3 adults/1 child only one kind or two double beds on request only
ROOM OPTION 3: Deluxe Ocean View
This standard room offers contemporary décor, a king bed or two double beds, bathroom with bath tub, ocean view and private balcony with hammock (except the 3rd floor rooms). Located in buildings 36 A-and-B, the most secluded section of the resort, and provides an impeccable view of the Caribbean Sea. 2 adults/2 children or 3 adults/1 child only

In addition to all of the above amenities this Hacienda Suite, hardwood floors and contemporary décor, a king bed or double bed, bathroom with shower and hydro-tub, private concierge service and partial ocean view. These suites are in the 33 building of rooms, ideally above the Coco Café and the Preferred Club, next to the main plaza and restaurant area.

Q. Why should we book our travel with Endless Escapes?
A. Great question! By booking with Endless Escapes your travel arrangements will be handled by an experienced agent who not only understands all the details of your travel arrangements, but has been to this resort and/or destination.

We give you our personal and individual attention. You are not merely a confirmation number, but more importantly a member of our Escape Club. We are able to customize your trip any way you’d like and can even help if you'd like to extend your stay or bring your family.
We monitor your reservation and keep you informed of any changes that could occur. Even after you finalize your booking, we will be with you to make certain everything goes smoothly and you are prepared to travel.
You will be part of the wedding group and will appear on our final guest list that gets sent to the resort prior to arrival, which helps with room locations, upgrades and amenities.
We work hard on getting you the best price. If you see a less expensive price for the exact package - dates, airline, airline times, taxes, insurance, transfers, etc - give us the opportunity to work with you to see if we can get the same price. This way we can book your reservation and you can still be part of the wedding group. Usually online prices are lacking something. Please allow us to help you with this.
Q. Are we being offered a discount for booking with you?
A. You’ll get to take advantage of the great group rate. Plus, you will receive all the benefits of the group amenity package.
Q. Will we get bumped from the resort if they are oversold?
A. You won’t have to worry about getting bumped to a different resort
Q. Do you book flights and help with schedule changes?
A. We will manage all the flight schedule changes that we book via Endless Escapes
Q. Do you charge service fees?
We do not charge service fees, however if you are late on your payments and deadlines and or cancel your reservation, there are late fees that apply.
Q. Are you available during our travel time?
A. We’ll be available to assist you both before and during your trip
Q. Do you offer travel insurance?
A. You’ll get better trip insurance than what is available from an online site. We offer several options on the insurance packages. You are not required by law to take them, but we encourage them based on our expert experience of the "what if" something happens.
Q. Is there a payment plan? A. Yes! Your first payment is due at the time of your reservation. You can make as many or as little payment as you would like as you mee tthe requirements and you are paid in full on the final payment date, which is September 18, 2022.
