Travel to Disney World

Walt Disney World

As a Walt Disney World resort guest, you receive the complimentary benefits of My Disney Experience & Magic Bands.  This will allow you to order customized Magic Bands for everyone in your party, pre-book Fast Passes for rides and shows, and make reservations for dining.  You need to customize your travel party's Magic Bands at least 30 days prior to your arrival date to receive your Magic Bands at your preferred shipping address.

  • SET UP ACCOUNT: If you haven't already, create your My Disney Experience account by registering at here.  The account name should match the first guest listed on your Disney reservation exactly.  This account is used to manage your entire Disney vacation.  You can create a personalized itinerary & share with those traveling with you.

  • LINK RESERVATION: Link your Disney package with your hotel reservation number.

  • INVITE FAMILY: Invite friends & family who will be vacationing with you.  They must accept your request.

  • APP: Download the free app on your phones & tablets.

  • MAGICBANDS:  Customize your Magic Bands & confirm shipment address.

  • DINING RESERVATIONS: Book dining reservations as long as you are within 180 days of arrival.

  • FASTPASSES: At 60 days prior to arrival, select your FastPasses & complete your online check in.  In order to get popular ones like the Frozen ride, Pandora, Toy Story Land, or Seven Dwarf Mine Train, it is recommended to do this very early in the day on the 60th day prior to arrival (they open for booking at 7 am EST).

  • You may select three Fastpasses per day in one park in advance.

    • It is recommended to select them in the late morning/early afternoon, so that you may use your phone app or visit the My Magic + Kiosk in the park once you have completed your pre-selected Fastpasses & get additional ones for the day.   If you plan to arrive at the park when it opens, you can use the early morning hours to experience rides you may not have gotten FastPass for with minimal lines.

    • You can get additional FastPasses in that park or in a different park after you've used, cancelled, or the time period has passed on your three originally scheduled FastPasses - just check your app or go to the kiosk. After each additional Fastpass is used, you may go back to your app or the kiosk and select one additional Fastpass for use in that park.  TIP: Look on your app as soon as you have scanned your band for your third pre-booked FastPass - a good use of line time!

    • CLUB LEVEL GUESTS: Guests staying in the Club Level Guests staying in rooms at select Walt Disney World® Resort hotels are eligible for Disney Signature Services and who have purchased a 3-day or longer theme park ticket are able to purchase three additional fast passes per day for $50 plus tax per Guest per day

  • TECHNICAL ISSUES: Should you have technical problems with the website or logging in, linking people who are traveling with you, linking your existing dining reservations, etc., please call Disney's My Magic + technical team at 407-939-7849 between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. EST and they will be able to assist you.
