There are many to choose from and MANY rates to show, and can be very confusing. Which is why it is essential for you to reach out to us for your specific pricing.
WHAT’S INCLUDED?
ACCOMMODATIONS as selected, shared round-trip transfers from the Cancun airport to the resort. All guests accommodations include: air conditioning, alarm clock radio, bath (private), ceiling fans, coffee maker, hairdryer, television (satellite), iron, ironing board, safe deposit box, shower, telephone (direct dial) and internet access (wireless), private terrace with a hammock and amenity kit -mini-bar with soft drinks. Telephone (international Direct Dial) Effective October 1, 2015, free unlimited international calling from Mexico to anywhere in the world is included. Room Service (24-hour) • Restrictions apply during rainy days.
Specific bedding and/or special requests are fulfilled based on availability and cannot always be guaranteed. Private and furnished patio or balcony with a hammock, marble bathrooms, daily refreshed mini-bar and 24 hour room service, Gourmet meals, unlimited alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages, daily & evening activities, taxes, gratuities.
All three of the resorts above sit next to each other. They were selected to give you as many options as possible to select from. The resorts are amazing, gourmet all inclusive dining, 24 hour rooms service and much more. Endless Escapes has room blocked off for all guests attending. Please note that if you do not book into the group, fees for attending the wedding will apply.

CANCEL FOR ANY REASON TRAVEL PROTECTION:
By purchasing travel protection, you are protecting your vacation investment. If needed, you can cancel your trip for any reason, no questions asked. Simply contact us at any time prior to departure (up to 2 hours prior to departure) to cancel and receive a complete refund, minus the cost of the insurance. There are no refunds without insurance. Once the policy is purchased, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Other benefits are listed in the policy details.
**Travel Protection is $129 per person additional.
PASSPORTS
A valid passport is required for all travelers, regardless of age. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months after you return home.
FLIGHTS
Flights are not included with our room block. If we did group air, everyone would need to be on the same plane, and that doesn’t happen with wedding groups. Please feel free to book the flights on your own. Usually the best time to book a flight is 5-6 months prior to travel.
We recommend using https://matrix.itasoftware.com to research fares, but then book directly with the airline you're flying with. This will ensure you the best airfare Fares are the same everywhere, but you’ll get much better service working with the airline instead of Orbitz or Expedia. Remember to also check www.Southwest.com as their flights only show up on their own website. If you prefer us to book your flights, please reach out to us directly and we can discuss options. At times, there will be an additional booking fee associated if we book your flights per person. Also note that if you purchase insurance via Endless Escapes, the flights will only be covered if booked via Endless Escapes.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS
Roundtrip airport transfers (the ride between the airport and hotel) is a service we include with your room package. In order to confirm this service for you, we must submit a complete list of passengers and flights to the transfer company at least 45 days prior to travel. To ensure a seamless experience when traveling, please provide us with your complete and accurate flight itinerary as soon as you can. If we do not have your flight itinerary at least 45 days prior to travel, we will not be able to arrange this service for you. Please email us your flight itinerary, including the airline, flight numbers and flight times. The transfers included will pick you up at the airport on your check in day and bring you back to the airport on the day you check out.
**Private transfer upgrades are available for an additional cost.
DEPOSITS- Initial Deposit
The deposit for the room is $150 per person due at time of booking to hold room, plus the travel insurance cost if you accepted travel insurance. Travel Insurance is $129 per person for adults, $60.00 per child.
DEPOSIT 2
A second deposit per room of $400.00 will be due on or before Oct 10, 2019. Late payments are subject to late fees.
FINAL PAYMENT
All rooms must be paid in full by ASK DANI. There is a $50.00 late payment penalty applied to reservations not paid by this date. If the reservation is not paid in full within 7 days of the final payment the reservation will be automatically cancelled, and any payments will be forfeited. Your interest free payment plan can be set up weekly, monthly or you can just let us know anytime you want to apply a payment — just as long as the balance is paid before the final due date.
RATES
Rates are per person and based on the number of adults sharing the room.
“Single” means 1 person alone in a room.
“Double” means 2 adults sharing a room.
“Triple” is 3, and so on. The rates are also based on room categories.
Child rates are based on two adults per room. Children ages are considered 2-17 and based on two adults per room.
Families with 3 or more children must contact me directly, as most options only allow up to 2 children per room. Reach out to me directly with children’s ages at time of travel to discuss further.
Remember, rooms are priced “PER PERSON” because the resort is all-inclusive. Prices include all meals, drinks, entertainment, airport transfers, gratuities and taxes. There is a $50.00 fee for changes made to a booking after it is paid in full. If any parties in the room cancel, fees are subject to change for the remaining guests.

Determine your dates or travel, who you’ll be sharing a room with then click on the secure Reservation link and fill in all your details. ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA THE RESERVATION LINK;
**Please note we can discuss options via phone, but your reservation must be booked direct on the link. There is so much data to collect and we need to be sure all details are accurate. Please have your names as appear or will appear on your passport handy when booking your reservation. After we receive your reservation, we will create and invoice itinerary for your review, once you approve all details, your deposit will be required. Deposits are required within 48 hours of us emailing out your invoice.

Category 1 : LUXURY JACUZZI JUNIOR SUITE – El Dorado Royale ADULT ONLY These suites are surrounded by lavish garden views and are decorated with inspirational Mexican culture. Featuring authentic dark wood furniture, each suite has contemporary bathrooms equipped with a luxury Jacuzzi, double sinks and the hotel's signature amenities, creating an overall relaxing and romantic atmosphere. Size: 590 square feet/55 square meters. Bedding: 1 king bed or 2 double beds. View: Garden.
Room Category 2: Beachfront Jacuzzi Junior Suite – El Dorado Royale ADULT ONLY
These suites are decorated with inspirational Mexican culture located a few steps from the beach and close to a pool & natural salt pool. Featuring authentic dark wood furniture, each suite has contemporary bathrooms equipped with luxury Jacuzzi, double sinks and the hotel's signature amenities, creating an overall relaxing and romantic atmosphere. Size: 590 square feet/ 54.81 square meters. Bedding: 1 king bed.
Room Category 3: SWIMUP JACUZZI SUITE – El Dorado Royale ADULT ONLY- With convenient direct access to a semi- private pool from your terrace, these suites are decorated with inspirational Mexican culture. Featuring authentic dark wood furniture, each suite has contemporary bathrooms equipped with luxury Jacuzzi, double sinks and the hotel's signature amenities, creating an overall relaxing and romantic atmosphere. Located from Villa 1 to 5 and from Villa 51 to 55. Size: 590 square feet/54.81 square meters. Bedding: 1 king bed or 2 double beds. View: Partial Ocean.
The next option, the El Dorado Casita Suites. The suites are in the shape of the letter “U” facing the ocean. Each have a swim up pool bar. The Casita’s each have the outdoor showers, are walking distance from room to the beach. Some of them have swim outs, where you walk out of the room onto a patio and can swim to the bar. Room Category 4: CASITA SUITE – EL DORADO CASITA SUITES ADULTS ONLY
The Casitas are located exclusively ocean front on the second level, romantically designed and featuring the exclusive "Aguas del Amor" roofless outdoor shower, high ceilings, and palapa roof. Included is a contemporary bathroom with double sinks and glass enclosed showers and an indoor luxury Jacuzzi, personal night stand, premium minibar, and a secluded balcony with an exterior double bed, table and two chairs with breathtaking views of white sand beaches and the largest artificial coral reef in the world. The casitas suites are grouped in two stories with an exclusive Casita only pool and an private swim up pool bar. Bedding: 1 king bed. View: Beachfront.
Room Category 5: CASITA SWIM UP SUITE – EL DORADO CASITA SUITES – ADULTS ONLY This room boasts contemporary Mexican decor in the Adults Only section of the resort. This room offers a bathroom with shower, private balcony or terrace with hammock. Adults can enjoy a quaint section of the resort with views of the beautiful, lush gardens. Bedding: 1 king bed or 2 double beds.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations cancelled from the time the reservation is deposited until the time of travel, incurs a fee of $75.00 per person from Endless Escapes to process your cancellation regardless of insurance. Reservations without insurance will be under full penalty and no refunds will be issued. No show reservations are also charged full penalty, 100% of reservation amount. In Addition, any changes to a reservation after the reservation is paid in full are subject to a $50.00 change fee.
When should I book?
We suggest you reserve your room ASAP, as we have a select amount of rooms held in different categories and are a first come basis. All rooms must be booked no later than June 6, 2019 . This is a popular resort and does sell out. PLEASE NOTE: Rooms booked outside of the bride and groom’s room block does not count toward fulfilling their contract. The bride and groom have worked very hard at setting up rooms blocks for their guests and are under contract for their rooms. Be kind, and book into the room block they have set up for you. We cannot stress this enough and if you think you found something better, please let us know so we can look at this together.

1st. Deposit due at time of reservation in the amount of $150.00 per person. In addition, the Cancel for any reason Protection of $139.00 per person is due in addition to the deposit at the time of initial booking.
Final payment details will be shared by your Escape Artist Dani, Payment options are available.
ROOMS WILL CANCEL IF PAYMENT NOT RECEIVED.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
CURRENCY; USD are accepted in Mexico so there is no need to exchange your currency.
Clothing: Resort casual, and Most restaurant require men to wear long pants, shirts with collars and closed toes shoes for dinner. Some outdoor options will allow dress shorts.
Airport: You must arrive 2-3 hours prior to flight departure to clear customs, lines can be very long and don’t find yourself in a bind. Planes do not wait!
Weather: The average temperatures in Mexico during the month of October are mid-high 80’s and lower mid 70’s
Passport: If you need to apply for a passport or update your current one, start the process immediately. Go to your local post office it takes several weeks to process depending on the processing center. Visit: http://travel.state.gov/passport for more information
