Dreams Tulum sits on two miles of powdery white sand with activities to make the whole family happy. And you're right on the ocean for snorkeling, catamarans, windsurfing, kayaking and jumping on our ocean trampoline, non-motorized sports included. Choose from magnificent dining options featuring 9 gourmets, a la carte & one buffet style restaurant. Six bars, including pool and beach-side, are perfect places to make new friends, or just catch up with each other.

CANCEL FOR ANY REASON TRAVEL PROTECTION:
By purchasing travel protection, you are protecting your vacation investment. If needed, you can cancel your trip for any reason, no questions asked. Simply contact us at any time prior to departure (up to 2 hours prior to departure) to cancel and receive a complete refund, minus the cost of the insurance. There are no refunds without insurance. Once the policy is purchased, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. Other benefits are listed in the policy details.
**Travel Protection is $129 per person additional.
PASSPORTS
A valid passport is required for all travelers, regardless of age. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months after you return home.
FLIGHTS
Flights are not included with our room block. Please feel free to book the flights on your own, or if your using air miles or points. We would be happy to assist you in booking your flights as well. Please contact us if you’d like assistance booking your flight.
We recommend if booking your own flights and researching them online, once you find the right flight, book directly with the airline you're flying with. This will ensure you the best airfare Fares are the same everywhere, but you’ll get much better service working with the airline instead of Orbitz or Expedia. Also, be aware some flights are basic economy which do not allow to choose seats, take carry on, make changes, non-refundable.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS
Round trip airport transfers (the ride between the airport and hotel) is a service we include with your room package. In order to confirm this service for you, we must submit a complete list of passengers and flights to the transfer company at least 45 days prior to travel. To ensure a seamless experience when traveling, please provide us with your complete and accurate flight itinerary as soon as you can. If we do not have your flight itinerary at least 45 days prior to travel, we will not be able to arrange this service for you. Please email us your flight itinerary, including the airline, flight numbers and flight times. The transfers included will pick you up at the airport on your check in day and bring you back to the airport on the day you check out.
**Private transfer upgrades are available for an additional cost.
BOOK BY DATE
All rooms must be booked by April 1, 2019. After this date, all rooms will be released from the group as well as the current group rates. Rooms reserved after this date are subject to availability and rates may be different then our initial group rate.
DEPOSITS- Initial Deposit
The deposit for the room is $250 per person due at time of booking to hold room, plus the travel insurance cost if you accepted travel insurance. Travel Insurance is $129 per person for adults, $60.00 per child.
DEPOSIT 2
A second deposit per room of $400.00 will be due on or before June 10, 2019. Late payments are subject to late fees.
FINAL PAYMENT
All rooms must be paid in full by July 27, 2019. There is a $50.00 late payment penalty applied to reservations not paid by this date. If the reservation is not paid in full within 7 days to final payment the reservation will be automatically cancelled and any payments will be forfeited. Your interest free payment plan can be set up weekly, monthly or you can just let us know anytime you want to apply a payment — just as long as the balance is paid before the final due date.
RATES
Rates are per person and based on the number of adults sharing the room. “Single” means 1 person alone in a room. “Double” means 2 adults sharing a room. “Triple” is 3, and so on. The rates are also based on room categories.
Child rates are based on two adults per room. Children 2-12 are free based on two adults per room and must pay the transfer fee of $52.00 per child, plus insurance if taken.
Families with 3 or more children must contact me directly, as most options only allow up to 2 children per room. Reach out to me directly with children’s ages at time of travel to discuss further.
Remember, rooms are priced “PER PERSON” because the resort is all-inclusive. Prices include all meals, drinks, entertainment, airport transfers, gratuities and taxes. There is a $50.00 fee for changes made to a booking after it is paid in full. If any parties in the room cancel, fees are subject to change for the remaining guests.

**Please note we can discuss options via phone, but your reservation must be booked direct on the link. There is so much data to collect and we need to be sure all details are accurate. Please have your names as appear or will appear on your passport handy when booking your reservation. After we receive your reservation, we will create and invoice for your review, once you approve all details, your deposit will be required. Deposits are required within 48 hours of us emailing out your invoice.

Room Category 2: DELUXE JUNIOR SUITE GARDEN VIEW
This room offers contemporary decor, a separate area with a sofa, bathroom with bathtub, garden view and private balcony or terrace with hammock. Located in the 12th building of rooms built in the shape of the old haciendas centering the beautiful, lush gardens.3 adults or 2 adults with 2 children or 3 adults with 1 child. DOUBLE BEDS/MAX 3 ADULTS
Room Category 3: DELUXE OCEAN VIEW
This standard room offers contemporary Mexican decor, a bathroom with bath tub, ocean view and private balcony with hammock (except the 3rd floor rooms). This room offers contemporary decor, marble bathroom, double sink, private terrace, hammock and a beautiful direct swim-out access to a refreshing swimming pool that flows to each private patio. Located in the 10th (C)building of rooms and built in the shape of the old haciendas centering the garden and plaza with a fountain and benches creating a sense of old Mexico. Bar service by the pools will be available between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm daily.3 adults or 2 adults with 2 children or 3 adults with 1 child.
Room Category 8: PREFERRED CLUB JUNIOR SUITE OCEAN FRONT

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations cancelled from the time the reservation is deposited until the time of travel, incurs a fee of $50.00 per person from Endless Escapes to process your cancellation regardless of insurance. Reservations without insurance will be under full penalty and no refunds will be issued. No show reservations are also charged full penalty, 100% of reservation amount. In Addition, any changes to a reservation after the reservation is paid in full are subject to a $50.00 change fee.
When should I book?
We suggest you reserve your room ASAP, as we have a select amount of rooms held in different categories and are a first come basis. All rooms must be booked no later than April 1, 2019 . This is a popular resort and does sell out. PLEASE NOTE: Rooms booked outside of the bride and groom’s room block does not count toward fulfilling their contract. The bride and groom have worked very hard at setting up rooms blocks for their guests and are under contract for their rooms. Be kind, and book into the room block they have set up for you. We cannot stress this enough and if you think you found something better, please let us know so we can look at this together.

1st. Deposit due at time of reservation in the amount of $250.00 per person. In addition the Cancel for any reason Protection of $129.00 per person is due in addition to the deposit at the time of initial booking.
2nd Deposit due on June 10, 2019 in the amount of $400.00 per room. This payment will be applied to your card on file on this date unless you contact us prior to with another form of payment.
Final payment due by July 27, 2019 - NO EXCEPTIONS.
ROOMS WILL CANCEL IF PAYMENT NOT RECEIVED.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
CURRENCY; USD are accepted in Mexico so there is no need to exchange your currency.
Clothing: Resort casual, and Most restaurant require men to wear long pants, shirts with collars and closed toes shoes for dinner. Some outdoor options will allow dress shorts.
Airport: You must arrive 2-3 hours prior to flight departure to clear customs, lines can be very long and don’t find yourself in a bind. Planes do not wait!
Weather: The average temperatures in Mexico during the month of October are mid-high 80’s and lower mid 70’s
Passport: If you need to apply for a passport or update your current one, start the process immediately. Go to your local post office it takes several weeks to process depending on the processing center. Visit: http://travel.state.gov/passport for more information
