HOW IT WORKS: It is super important you read all details regarding the wedding details and your reservation process!
Below are the room category options we held under a group contracted discounted rate. Once you decide on the room you would like to select, you will fill out a reservation form and we will take it from there. Even if you’re not 100% sure that you can make the trip, and you just want to get more info, please fill out the reservation form here.
This will give us all the information we need to assist you. An invoice itinerary will be sent over via email for your review. Once you approve the details are accurate that you understands the terms and conditions, your deposit will be due. You may also not know which room you would like OR you might have some questions, we will set up a free consultation to speak with you.

After this date, all rooms will be released from the group as well as the current group rates. PASSPORT NEED TO KNOW! A valid US Passport is required for this trip! It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that they have a valid passport. Most destinations do require that you have 6 months left before your expiration date at time of travel. Passports are currently 18 - 24 weeks out without expediting. Please apply right away!
THE RESORT:
This all-inclusive Hilton, situated approximately 40 miles southwest of Punta Cana International Airport, is a popular Caribbean retreat for families and those seeking an adults only atmosphere. Adults can test their gaming skills at the casino, take dance lessons or book a relaxing treatment in the 21,000-square-foot spa. There are age-specific clubs for little ones and teens, parents can rest assured that their kids will be supervised while participating in activities like sandcastle contests, treasure hunts and bonfire parties. THE FLIGHTS:
Flights are not included in our room block. We would be more than happy to assist in flight arrangements, you must purchase insurance, please contact me directly to discuss options. If using miles or points, you’ll need to book your flights as we cannot do this using miles or points to pay for the airfare. Please be sure to send us your flight itinerary, as we need to provide this to the transfer company.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS
Roundtrip SHARED airport transfers are included in your stay, so if you book your own flights, be sure you email us your flight itinerary ASAP and not less than 45 days prior to arrival so we may arrange your transfers. Missed transfers non-refundable. Private nonstop transfers are an additional cost, please request pricing.
*Travel Protection- It's very important to protect your vacation investment and to review travel protection. Pricing will be based on a per person rate. This is not included in the room rates. We will share these details when we send the invoice over for your review. There are several options and they can be confusing. Some are based on your age at the time of travel and the total package per person. So we are very happy to work with you and help you explore the options.

WHEN SHOULD YOU BOOK?
We suggest you reserve your room ASAP, as we have a select amount of rooms held in different categories with certain bedding and are on a first come basis. We Kindly ask you reserve ASAP or before November 1, 2021, as Eliannah & Ian need time to plan the wedding and appreciate your reservation as soon as you can arrange your time away. Any rooms reserved after the rooms are released, will be subject to availability. Room options that are not included in the room block may be available and subject to availability and rate at time of reservation.

PLEASE NOTE: Rooms booked outside of the bride and groom’s room block do not count toward fulfilling their contract. The bride and groom have worked very hard at setting up rooms blocks for their guests and are under contract for their rooms. Be kind, and book into the room block they have set up for you. We cannot stress this enough and if you think you found something better, please let us know so we can look at this together. There will be a fee for attending the wedding.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations canceled after the deposit have a minimum cancellation fee of $150.00 per person from Endless Escapes to process your cancellation regardless of insurance.
Reservations without insurance will be subject to penalties at time of cancellation.
Also review all the insurance options and details regarding refunds No show reservations are also charged full penalty, 100% of reservation amount.
Any changes to a reservation after the reservation is paid in full are subject to a $100.00 change fee. Lost or Misplaced documents have a $50.00 replacement fee per set.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
CURRENCY; US Dollars are accepted in the Dominican Republic so there is no need to exchange your currency.
Clothing: Resort casual, and Most restaurant require men to wear long pants, shirts with collars and closed toes shoes for dinner. Some outdoor options will allow dress shorts.
Men-Must have nice long dress jeans, or trousers for some dinning options, (no ripped Jeans)
Airport: You must arrive 2-3 hours prior to flight departure to clear customs, lines can be very long and don’t find yourself in a bind. Planes do not wait!

Dominican Republic
Entry Requirements: Aligning with the launch of the Responsible Tourism Recovery Plan, travelers no longer need to provide a negative PCR or COVID-19 test upon arrival. Instead, airports and other ports of entry will perform a quick, aleatory breath test to between 3% and 15% of passengers, and all those who present symptoms, upon arrival. Passengers under the age of five and crew members are exempt from this procedure. All passengers will also need to perform a temperature check. Passengers who present symptoms or whose test results are positive will be isolated and attended at authorized locations. Prior to departure, travelers should confirm with their airline provider and airport of origin regarding any testing or other related requirements for inbound flights to the Dominican Republic, or necessary requirements needed upon arrival to their country of origin.

E-TICKET: All foreign and Dominican passengers entering or leaving Dominican Republic on commercial flights must complete the electronic entry and exit form, which combines the Traveler’s Health Affidavit, Customs Declaration and International Embarkation/Disembarkation forms. Until March 31, 2021, Dominican authorities will accept both types of registrations to enter the country: the current one through physical forms, and the new one through the digital system. As of April 1, 2021, the use of digital forms will be mandatory. The form is available in English, Spanish, French, Italian, German, Portuguese and Russian and can be accessed through the following link: https://eticket.migracion.gob.do. Passengers will need to fill out a form for arrival and another one for departure and the system will generate two QR codes. Dominican airports have free internet access, so that passengers who did not fill out the form before flying can do so when they arrive in the country. To save time during the arrival procedure, we recommend filling out the form 72 hours before the trip, printing or making a screenshot of the QR code and keeping it on hand until arrival, where it will be scanned by the authorities when passengers go through Customs. The QR code will not be scanned during departure, but it is a confirmation that the form was completed correctly. If passengers need to make any changes to the form, they must fill it out a new form. Passengers arriving on private flights, non-commercial vessels, ferries, cruise ships, etc., do not need to fill out the electronic form.
