Paige & Jake have decided on a Destination Wedding in the Riviera Maya of Cancun, Mexico in November of 2020, and I am delighted to share the details with you! Their wedding date is November 20, 202 at the beautiful Hard Rock Riviera Maya Resort.

The only way for us to help organize their wedding day is to book and manage every reservation so we can coordinate each detail of the wedding event. We want everyone to have an incredible experience. This is our commitment.

2. Only rooms booked through ENDLESS ESCAPES will count towards bride and groom’s wedding amenities. The bride and groom have worked hard at setting up the best booking method for you. Be kind. Respect their wishes.

3. We give you our personal and individual attention. You will be a real person, and not merely a confirmation number. We are able to customize your trip any way you’d like and can even help if you'd like to extend your stay or bring your family.

4. We monitor your reservation and keep you informed of any changes that could occur. Even after you finalize your booking, we will be with you to make certain everything goes smoothly and you are prepared to travel.

5. You will be part of the wedding group and will appear on our final guest list that gets sent to the resort prior to arrival, which helps with room locations, upgrades and amenities.

6. We work hard on getting you the best price. If you see a less expensive price for the exact package - dates, airline, airline times, taxes, insurance, transfers, etc - give us the opportunity to work with you to see if we can get the same price. This way we can book your reservation and you can still be part of the wedding group. Usually online prices are lacking something. Please allow us to help you with this.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

Transfers both to and from the Airport (Cancun); room accommodations, all taxes, gratuities and all-inclusive amenities provided and specific to the Hard Rock Resort.

Private/Nonstop transfers are an extra cost. Please ask your Escape Artist Dani for those details.

Also included are some awesome credit features for use in destination.

LIMITLESS RESORT CREDIT PROMOTION

NEW Limitless All Inclusive

Guests have a limitless amount that they can use towards selected tours, Rock Spa® sessions, beauty salon services, romantic and special dinner events, Rock Shots® photo packages and much more. Service Fee: A 25% service fee will apply over the final price of all transactions using the Limitless All Inclusive Promotion on all services or products. Service fee can only be paid with cash, room charge and credit card

BOOK BY DATE

All rooms must be booked by November 20, 2019 After this date, all rooms will be released from the group as well as the current group rates. Rooms reserved after this date are subject to availability and rates may be different then our initial group rate.

If you book before June 24, 2019.. you will automatically be upgraded to the next room option.

DEPOSITS- Initial Deposit

The deposit for the room is $150 per person due at time of booking to hold room, plus the travel insurance cost if you accepted travel insurance. Travel Insurance is $129 per person for adults, $60.00 per child.

DEPOSIT 2

A second deposit per room of $200.00 will be due on or before March 4, 2020. Late payments are subject to late fees.

FINAL PAYMENT

All rooms must be paid in full by August 29, 2020. There is a $50.00 late payment penalty applied to reservations not paid by this date. If the reservation is not paid in full within 7 days of the final payment the reservation will be automatically cancelled, and any payments will be forfeited. Your interest free payment plan can be set up weekly, monthly or you can just let us know anytime you want to apply a payment — just as long as the balance is paid before the final due date.

Once we receive your reservation, we will create an invoice itinerary that you will be asked to review. Once you approve, then we will charge your credit card in the amount approved based on your specific reservation details.
