THE RESORT:
Rachael & John have held a wonderful Adult only all-inclusive resort, Secrets Royal Beach and are excited to share their special day with family & friends. Choose from magnificent dining options featuring 9 gourmets, a La carte & one buffet style restaurant. Reservations are never required, except for Hibachi (which is made the day of) Ten bars/Lounges, including pool and beachside, are perfect places to make new friends, or just catch up with each other. Additional dinning & bar options also available next door at Dreams Royal Beach. It is approximately 30 minutes from the Punta Cana.

The tentative schedule for the week is below, first quick note from our couple:
"Please feel free to stay as long as you’d like - you may go for 3 nights or longer, as long as you are there the night of the wedding, obviously (ha ha) and you stay for 3 nights."

Sunday, May 15, Wedding Day! Ceremony at 3:00 PM on the beach and this will be followed by cocktails and reception
Monday - Wednesday the next few days take time to Relax, Explore the Culture and Celebrate with the new Mr. & Mrs.
HOW IT WORKS:
It is super important you read all details regarding the wedding details and your reservation process!
Below are the room category options we held under a group contracted discounted rate. Once you decide on the room you would like to select, you will fill out a reservation form and we will take it from there. This will give us all the information we need to assist you. An invoice itinerary will be sent over via email for your review. Once you approve the details are accurate that you understand the terms and conditions, your deposit will be due.

These rates are for All-inclusive accommodations and round-trip shared transfers per person. Airfare and Travel Protection are not included, but we will be happy to review options with you. Should you like to have private upgraded transfers, please ask for the pricing when you complete your reservation form.
What’s included in the All-inclusive plan? Unlimited Dinning with multiple dining options, Drinks, Cocktails, Accommodations, Round-trip Non-stop Shared Transfers, Daily & Nightly Entertainment, Wi-Fi. Full Access to Dreams Family Resort next door with additional dining & entertainment options. **Spa treatments are an additional charge in addition to any off-resort excursions.
Payments & Special Dates:
Deposit amount: $250.00 per person plus insurance (insurance pricing is based on two options and total trip cost. More details below) If booking airfare with Endless Escapes, payment in full for air maybe necessary. Please note: When making your reservation request be sure to include which insurance option you would like travel credit or full refund in the event of cancelation.
Additional payments can be applied to your reservation at any time up until the final payment date. Payment schedule may be revised made based on your reservation details if needed. Please request with Escape Artist Tracy at the time of your reservation.
FINAL PAYMENT: 3-5-22
Your deposits are due within 24 hours of invoice approval or in some cases sooner if your adding airfare. Airfare payment may be due in full at the time of reservation.
PASSPORT NEED TO KNOW! A valid US Passport is required for this trip! It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that they have a valid passport. Most destinations do require that you have 6 months left before your expiration date at time of travel. Be sure that you have a minimum of 6 months validity on your passport from the return date of travel, please check passports and if 6 months or less from travel dates, renew your passports ASAP.
THE FLIGHTS: Flights are not included in our room block. We would be more than happy to assist in flight arrangements, please contact me directly to discuss options. If using miles or points, you’ll need to book your flights as we cannot do this using miles or points to pay for the airfare. Please be sure to send us your flight itinerary, as we need to provide this to the transfer company at least 60 days prior to travel and no less than 45 days to departure to confirm transfers.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS Roundtrip SHARED airport transfers are included in your stay, so if you book your own flights, be sure you email us your flight itinerary ASAP and not less than 45 days prior to arrival so we may arrange your transfers. Missed transfers non-refundable. Private nonstop transfers are an additional cost, please request pricing.
When should I book? We suggest you reserve your room ASAP, as we have a select amount of rooms held in different categories and are a first come basis.
We Kindly ask you reserve ASAP or before March 1, 2022, as Rachael & John need time to plan the wedding and appreciate your reservation as soon as you can arrange your time away.
Any rooms reserved after the rooms are released, will be subject to availability. Room options that are not included in the room block may be available and subject to availability and rate at time of reservation.
PLEASE NOTE: Rooms booked outside of the bride and groom’s room block do not count toward fulfilling their contract. The bride and groom have worked very hard at setting up rooms blocks for their guests and are under contract for their rooms. Be kind, and book into the room block they have set up for you. We cannot stress this enough and if you think you found something better, please let us know so we can look at this together. This resort could also implement at $25 per person, per event fee when booking outside the group.
Guests staying off property must pay a resort fee the day of the wedding to access the resort. I will need these details, ASAP.

Covid Restrictions
Traveling back to USA-Subject to change
As of today (Nov 2021), anyone returning to the United States must take a Covid test anywhere from 1-3 days prior to departure pending vaccination status. Non-Vaccinated must take 1 day prior to departure and vaccinated can do within 72 hours to departure. Please carry your vaccination card with your passport. At this time, it is not required to take to depart to Punta Cana. The resort is currently taking care of this cost for any guests staying in the Preferred Club level accommodations only. Rapid Testing is done if PCR is required an additional fee may be charged. At this time any guest testing positive would require staying up to an additional 14 days or until a negative test result. As of today (Nov 2021) now the resort is absorbing the cost and up to 1 other guest may stay. **This is subject to change and at discretionary of the resort.
*Travel Protection -
Two options:
Travel Protection Plus~ Travelers will receive the best pre-departure benefits in the industry that include our incredible Cancel for Any Reason† feature… All Travel Protection Plans include:
· Cancel the vacation, for whatever reason, and you're covered - Cancel for ANY reason. Plus, no change fees and a hurricane travel credit. Non-refundable hotel rates are not included.
· Worry less about travel mishaps - Now up to $3,000 in catch-up expenses if the trip is delayed 6 hours or more (previously the maximum was $500), up to $300 if bags are delayed, up to $1,000 for lost belongings, and up to $50,000 reimbursement of medical expenses if you get sick or hurt during your trip, plus up to $75,000 for emergency transportation.
· Wherever you are, whenever you need it, we are always here to help - 24/7 travel assistance, medical assistance, and emergency services.
Travel Protection Options:
· Travel Protection Plus - Cash Refund (refund to original form of payment only) - ($139.99 to $284.99* per adult) - this plan is for travelers who would prefer to receive a full refund in the original form of payment if plans change and cancellation is needed.
·
· Travel Protection Plus - Full Travel Credit - ($49.99 to $124.99* per adult) - this plan is for budget-conscious travelers. Same great Travel Protection Plus coverage, just a lower price point. Perfect for those travelers who know they will travel but need some flexibility.
Notes: Adults are defined as 13 years and older at time of travel. Pricing for children 12 years and under varies based on Travel Protection Plan selected for the adults ($24.99 to $114.99). Travel Protection Plus is non-refundable once purchased and overrides the ALG contract terms for the protected traveler. Travel Protection Plus covers all air (Exclusive Nonstop Vacation Flights, Contracted Blocked Air, and Individual Scheduled Air Add On) when packaged with hotel. Travel Protection Plus is available to only those travelers within a reservation that want it; however, doesn't cover any increase in package costs due to changes in hotel occupancy. (~) Travel Protection Plus does not protect a group's scheduled air contract (inventory and price) in the event the minimum requirement of 10 seats (or as specified on the group contract) is not met. It's very important to protect your vacation investment and to review travel protection. Pricing will be based on a per person rate. This is not included in the room rates as the insurance rates are based upon the total cost of your trip, along with the age of each person at the time of travel. Please contact Tracy prior to sending your reservation for a quote or any other questions. Other travel insurance options may be available upon request. Without travel insurance, we cannot guarantee any refunds in the event of cancellation and no travel protection during your travel. ***When making your reservation, please specify which option you would prefer.
Cancellation Policy:
Reservations canceled after the deposit has been made will incur a minimum cancellation fee of $50.00 per person from Endless Escapes. This is to process your cancellation regardless of insurance. **If anyone in your room cancels you may be responsible for the additional fees
·Reservations without insurance will be subject to penalties at time of cancellation and cannot guarantee refunds.
· Also review all the insurance options and details regarding refunds No show reservations are also charged full penalty, 100% of reservation amount.
· In Addition, any changes to a reservation after the reservation is paid in full are subject to a $50.00 change fee. Lost or Misplaced documents have a $50.00 replacement fee per set.
Rates & Room Options
Rates are based on occupancy in a room for the entire length of stay.
Single = 1 person
Double = 2 people in a room and the rate is per person
Triple = 3 people in a room and the rate is per person

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
CURRENCY: USD are accepted in Punta Cana so there is no need to exchange your currency.
Clothing: Resort casual. Most restaurants require men to wear long pants, shirts with collars and closed toe shoes for dinner. Some outdoor options will allow dress shorts.
Men-Must have nice long dress jeans or trousers for some dining options, (no ripped Jeans)
Airport: You must arrive 2-3 hours prior to flight departure to clear customs, lines can be very long and don’t find yourself in a bind. Planes do not wait!
Weather: The average temperatures in Punta Cana during the month of May are mid-high 80’s and lower mid 70’s in evening.
Not included in the All-Inclusive: Gift shops purchases, spa treatments, tours, excursions & motorized sports.
