The tentative schedule for the week is as follows.
Please feel free to stay as long as you’d like - you may go for 3 nights or longer, as long as you are there the night of the wedding, obviously (ha ha) and you stay for 3 nights.

HOW IT WORKS: It is super important you read all details regarding the wedding details and your reservation process!
Below are the room category options we held under a group contracted discounted rate. Once you decide on the room you would like to select, you will fill out a reservation form and we will take it from there. Even if you’re not 100% sure that you can make the trip, and you just want to get more info, please fill out the reservation form here.
This will give us all the information we need to assist you. An invoice itinerary will be sent over via email for your review. Once you approve the details are accurate that you understands the terms and conditions, your deposit will be due.
R.S.V.P. deadline: August 1, 2021
All rooms are requested to be booked ASAP or before August 1, 2021 in order to guarantee room availability. After this date, all rooms will be released from the group as well as the current group rates. Rooms reserved after this date are subject to availability and rates may be different then our initial group rate.

Payments & Special Dates: Deposit amount: $250.00 per person without insurance (insurance varies below details to follow) FINAL PAYMENT: September 24, 2021 Payment schedule may be revised made based on your reservation details if needed. Please request with Escape Artist Tracy at the time of your reservation. Please note: Your insurance premium will be due in full at the time of the reservation. Please request an insurance quote once you've decided on your room option.
Your deposits are due within 24 hours of invoice approval or in some cases sooner if your adding airfare. Airfare payment may be due in full at the time of reservation.
PASSPORT NEED TO KNOW! A valid US Passport is required for this trip! It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that they have a valid passport. Most destinations do require that you have 6 months left before your expiration date at time of travel.
THE RESORT:
Mahsa & Patrick have held a wonderful family all inclusive resort, Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa
Dreams Tulum sits on two miles of powdery white sand with activities to make the whole family happy. And you're right on the ocean for snorkeling, catamarans, windsurfing, kayaking and jumping on our ocean trampoline, non-motorized sports included. Choose from magnificent dining options featuring 9 gourmets, a La carte & one buffet style restaurant. Six bars, including pool and beachside, are perfect places to make new friends, or just catch up with each other. It is approximately 1 hr. 20 minutes from the Cancun airport.
THE RATES:
ALL Rates are per person. Rates include All Inclusive amenties provided by the resort, gratuities and shared nonstop transfers both to and from the Cancun Airport. The Airfare and insurance are additional. Should you like to have private upgraded transfers, please ask for the pricing when you complete your reservation form. Once we receive your reservation form, we will send you an invoice itinerary for your review PRIOR to charging you card for your deposit.
THE FLIGHTS:
Flights are not included in our room block. We would be more than happy to assist in flight arrangements, please contact me directly to discuss options. If using miles or points, you’ll need to book your flights as we cannot do this using miles or points to pay for the airfare. Please be sure to send us your flight itinerary, as we need to provide this to the transfer company.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS
Roundtrip SHARED airport transfers are included in your stay, so if you book your own flights, be sure you email us your flight itinerary ASAP and not less than 45 days prior to arrival so we may arrange your transfers. Missed transfers non-refundable. Private nonstop transfers are an additional cost, please request pricing.
*Travel Protection-
It's very important to protect your vacation investment and to review travel protection. Pricing will be based on a per person rate. This is not included in the room rates. We will share these details when we send the invoice over for your review. There are several options and they can be confusing. The insurance rates are based upon the total cost of your trip, contact Tracy prior to sending your reservation for a quote.
Please complete the RSVP form below for personalized rates. Rates are based on occupancy in a room for the entire length of stay. Single = 1 person Double = 2 people in a room and the rate is per person Triple = 3 people in a room and the rate is per person Quad = 4 people in a room and the rate is per person - Child rates are for those between the ages of 2 – 1 2 at the time of travel. ROOM OPTIONS AVAILABLE FOR YOU TO SELECT FROM ARE BELOW.
Rates are based on travel starting from-March 17th - March 20th with a minimum of 3 nights-required.
Booking outside of these dates will be subject to availability and possible change in room rates pending dates and reminder-Airfare is additional/If you're looking for a room option that is not listed below, please ask!
Room Category 1: GARDEN VIEW ROOM
One king-size bed or two double beds, Private, furnished balcony or terrace with hammock
Garden view, 451 ft2 / 42 m2, King room: Up to 3 guests (adults + children) with a maximum of 2 adults, Double room: Up to 4 guests (adults + children) with a maximum of 3 adults, Option to connect rooms.
Room Category 2: GARDEN VIEW ROOM (ADULT ONLY SECTION)
One king-size bed or two double beds,Private, furnished balcony or terrace with hammock, Garden view, 451 ft2 / 42 m2 King room: Up to 3 guests (adults + children) with a maximum of 2 adults, Double room: Up to 4 guests (adults + children) with a maximum of 3 adults, Option to connect rooms.
Room Category 3: JUNIOR SUITE GARDEN VIEW
This room offers contemporary decor, king bed or two double beds, separate living area with a sofa, marble bathroom with shower and hydro-tub, telephone extension in the bathroom, double sink and a garden view. Located in the 35 A, B, C, D, E, and F buildings, of rooms spanning over three separate floors. Close proximity to the main lobby as well as the restaurant area and faces the main fountains. 3 adults or 2 adults with 2 children or 3 adults with 1 child.
Room Category 4: DELUXE OCEAN VIEW
In addition to all of the above amenities, this standard room offers contemporary décor, a king bed or two double beds, bathroom with bath tub, ocean view and private balcony with hammock (except the 3rd floor rooms). Located in buildings 36 A and B, the most secluded section of the resort, and provides an impeccable view of the Caribbean Sea. 3 adults or 2 adults with 2 children or 3 adults with 1 child.
Bedding is upon request & based upon availability at check in.
PREFERRED CLUB SECTION
ONLY guests staying in preferred room categories can utilize the preferred club amenities through out the resort, Private Lounges, & Bars, Pools, Beach areas.

Located in the 35 A and F buildings, of rooms spanning over three separate floors.

In addition to all of the above amenities this Junior Suite offers contemporary decor, king bed, separate living area with sofa, marble bathroom with shower and hydro-tub, double sink, and telephone extension in the bathroom, private concierge service, ocean front views, private balcony or terrace. These rooms are in the 35A & F and 36 A buildings of rooms facing the pool and beach. This section is next to the main plaza and restaurant area

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations canceled after the deposit have a minimum cancellation fee of $100.00 per person from Endless Escapes to process your cancellation regardless of insurance.
Reservations without insurance will be subject to penalties at time of cancellation and cannot guarantee refunds.
Also review all the insurance options and details regarding refunds No show reservations are also charged full penalty, 100% of reservation amount.
In Addition, any changes to a reservation after the reservation is paid in full are subject to a $50.00 change fee. Lost or Misplaced documents have a $50.00 replacement fee per set.
When should I book?
We suggest you reserve your room ASAP, as we have a select amount of rooms held in different categories and are a first come basis.
We Kindly ask you reserve ASAP or before August 1, 2021, as Mahsa & Patrick need time to plan the wedding and appreciate your reservation as soon as you can arrange your time away.
Any rooms reserved after the rooms are released, will be subject to availability. Room options that are not included in the room block may be available and subject to availability and rate at time of reservation.
Contact Tracy to discuss any room options that are not included in the room block if you have other requests.
PLEASE NOTE: Rooms booked outside of the bride and groom’s room block do not count toward fulfilling their contract. The bride and groom have worked very hard at setting up rooms blocks for their guests and are under contract for their rooms. Be kind, and book into the room block they have set up for you. We cannot stress this enough and if you think you found something better, please let us know so we can look at this together. This resort could also implement at $25 per person, per event fee when booking outside the group.
Guests staying off property must pay a resort fee the day of the wedding to access the resort. I will need these details, asap.

Deposits-$250.00 per person. In addition the Cancel for any reason Protection per person is due in addition to the deposit at the time of initial booking. If your are also booking airfare and insurance is not taken, the airfare is due in full at the time of the deposit and is non-refundable.
Flights-if booked will require payment in full at time of reservation in addition to fee’s above
Final payment due by - September 24, 2021

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
CURRENCY; UDS are accepted in Mexico so there is no need to exchange your currency.
Clothing: Resort casual, and Most restaurant require men to wear long pants, shirts with collars and closed toes shoes for dinner. Some outdoor options will allow dress shorts.
Men-Must have nice long dress jeans, or trousers for some dinning options, (no ripped Jeans)
Airport: You must arrive 2-3 hours prior to flight departure to clear customs, lines can be very long and don’t find yourself in a bind. Planes do not wait!
Weather: The average temperatures in Mexico during the month of Jan are mid-high 80’s and lower mid 70’s
Not included in the All-Inclusive: Gift shops purchases, spa treatments, tours, excursions & motorized sports.
